I can not get this game to download. I bought it on disc not a download from sims 3. Everytime I download the game it goes all the way to download. but the game never showes up when I go to play the game not sure what to do.

did you open your launcher and check if the content is in there?

if there is you just need to click install otherwise you need to log in to your sims comunity web and view your purchase history under your account

You should then be able to see the monte vista content, click download so that it goes to your launcher then you can install it to the game via the launcher.
