lost sims 3 disc

i lost my sims 3 university disc but i still have the serial code. i tried to redeem it on my account but said it was in use. i uninstalled the game from the other computer and it still wont let me redeem my game. im sick and i just want to play my game

@b_UNICORNmaster You shouldn't need to redeem the code again. If you install Origin client and log in with the account you originally redeemed the code under the game should show up in the client (expansions show if you right click the base game tile and select 'View Game Details'). If the game does not show up, double check the email address you are using to log in to make sure you are not logging in with the wrong account.
