I can log into my origin account so I know my password is correct. I have Origin downloaded to my computer, but every time I open my sims 3 launcher, it says "unable to connect to Origin" and I can't log in on the launcher or the store. I tried getting online support to help me, but the adviser left before the problem was resolved and offered no help. I looked on the forum that offers help with log in issues, I followed all of the steps and I clicked on the link at the bottom that brought me to the store and from there I COULD log in, but when I went to the exchange I was logged out and I couldn't log back in.
