I bought some games on origin and they didn't have PC so I bought Mac/windows how do I download

Mac/Win stands for Macintosh/Windows. If your PC has Windows (like most PCs do), then yes it will work.

Have you registered the game at Sims 3 website or with Origin?

Install Origin on your computer http://www.origin.com/download

Login to your account, go to your My Games, the game should be there. Click on it and select transfer.
