games won't start up our download at all [ Edited ]

My games didn't start up it said there was an error. Then it told me to re install the game. I did now it won't let me download at all. This is happening for my Sims 3&
4 base games. 😩 help me pls. I've been trying to fix it for 3 days now. 😒

Ok. It looks like I've fixed it. For anyone else who has that problem. It has to be downloaded when your computer is on safe mode
