I play the sims 3 installed on my computer and play every day, but yesterday 27/06 to the original login and password was blank and enter my login and password was requested the re-registration of the same. Was asked to re-register to reinstall the game. Made the process, was asked to type again the product activation code and reports that it has already been utlizado and is no longer possible to use it. The game is unique and used all the necessary requests. I want to know how to reactivate the game, because it is unique.

Did you have to install your game again? Or are you not able to log in in your launcher?
