Well, I've bought 'the sims 3' a few weeks ago and installed it on my computer. Unfortunately, it always freezed. I saw on a website that you must delete everything and install it again. So I deleted origin and the sims. When I tried to re-install it, it said: 'the productcode is been used'. And it's on the same computer and I've deleted everything.
Can you tell me what to do?

You can try to manually uninstall your game. Read here how to do this:

But please keep in mind that editing your registry is something only an experienced user should try. If you don't feel comfortable doing that yourself, ask someone for help.
