Will I get banned if I use a key that someone else (multiple people) have used for expansions?

I want to get some Sims 3 expansions, but three copies is $60. I want to get it cheaper, but other people will have used the key. If I use the key on origin, will I get banned?

Most likely yes because it is illegal. You won't even be able to though because you cannot use a code more than once. It is wrong and I advise you think carefully about the consequences.
