Unable to download registration rewards

I am unable to download my regirstraion rewards from the Sims. I have tried Google, Firefox, and the regular internet with no sucess. I can download the Sims content also.

Are you getting any error messages? Is your base game registered?

Yes my base game is registered, and thank you I will check out both those links and see if that solves the issue if not it might be that my game is having trouble talking to Orgin, which it always has since I installed it.
