The Sims 3 can't connect with my originaccount

Hi. I reinstalled The Sims 3 and now I can't update with patches and such because the game can't connect with my originsaccount. I also can't install expansionpacks since the game isn't updated. I wrote to Origins helpmail a week ago and still hasn't got an answer. I tried take down my firewall and inactivated my virusprogram but it still doesn't work.
