Tattoos- Sims 3.

So, I was making a sim, but it was getting really late and I had to save what I had so far. The next day, I log in, go to my family, do the "testingchetsenabled true" thing and I click on my sim I left off, I was trying to get rid of his tattoo, but it wouldn't come off! I tried everything, but it just won't come off. Can anyone help?
