I purchased Sims 3 starter pack for my daughter when i put in the registration code it states that the code is already used. I have already registered for an origin account and with my sims community. 

I have contacted the store Game Stop based in Cavan Town Ireland and they had another customer who experienced these difficulties and you were able to issue another registration code (20 digit one) Can yo do this for me please & can you give me new codes for the other 2 games in the starter pack as my daughter is very disappointed and i want to get her going with this game as soon as possible. Did you buy it online? If so, its because they automaically registered it. Its takes a while to show up though. If you bought it from store though, I recommend going back and asking for a refund. This happened to me and I  had to buy a whole new game. good luck!

you'll need to contact CS about invalid codes as  we helpers can't as it involves access to your account and personal information
