Sims 3 pets installation

I recently got my computer fixed and picked it up today, everything had been wiped from it so I re downloaded origin to install my Sims 3 and Sims 3 pets, I do not have the disk for either of the games but have the codes for both. My Sims 3 base game downloaded properly from origin but the Sims 3 pets expansion did not show up, in its place is the create a pet demo. I proceeded to go to the Sims 3 website and register the game to digitally download it with the code but it said the code has already been used. If someone could help me fix this problem as soon as possible that would be great, Thanks!
