Sims 3 'Product code has already been used'

Im trying to transfer my sims 3 game to my origin account, but when i put in the code it says that it has already been used, and i have not used the code for anything other than installing my game to my desktop.

@flynnusaurus Did you have another Origin account before? This is an open public forum for users by users and accounts can not be accessed have. You will have to contact EA customer service directly to determine what is wrong.
