Sims 3 Pets install error 196613:200 [ Edited ]

I really hope someone can help me. 

So today I bought the Sims 3 Pets expansion from 'Gamesync' and all went well, I got the right code and immediately used the code on Origin. It recognized the code as Sims 3 Pets and I clicked on 'Download'. However, this didn't happen. Every time I try to download the expansion I get a message saying 'This content can't be downloaded right now, please try again later. Error: 196613:200.' 

I hope someone here can give me some advice on what to do. Thanks!
