Sims 3 Late Night Expansion will not load on Windows 10

Hello all,

I have the issue that the subject line pretty much covers but to go a little more into depth on this. The game itself Sims 3 will load fairly well. However, if I save a game then come back later I cannot load it and will be given a warning that the game was saved using an expansion pack that is no longer on the computer. I have tried re-installing and that did not work. I have put it into compatibility mode thinking that might work and it did not. It would kind of suck if I lost that saved game. Any ideas on this? I have tried google and come up empty handed so I figured I would try here.

does the pack appear in Windows 10 control panel - program and features as being installed? What is the status of the pack in the TS3 launcher? Were you logged into Onedrive then and not now?
