I have SIMS3 with Showtime (Katy Perry) expansion pack. I play this on my laptop. When I play the screen will freeze and then go to black. I have to restart the computer and when I go back to SIMS I am directed to the main menu and nothing was saved. I have had the game for 2 years. I cannot uninstall and re-install because I no longer have the SIMS3 original code. I have the download disk but no way to retreive the code. We went to Best Buy, where my parents purchased the game, and was told that without the code they could not help me. My main concern is WHY is the game crashing like this? Please help me. Thank you,
