I have purchased multiple sims 3 expansion packs and the actual game itself I downloaded and started buying from origin when I found out about it in 2009 unfortunately my pc has completely broken and I purchased a Mac I asked about a transfer or refund and got no response I could have avoided this problem by not purchasing games through origin but I thought that they were very helpful and a wonderful site I do not know what else to do to get my games back I'm a huge sims player and I don't think it's right that I should pay for games I already purchased I have never had an issue or a problem with this site until now
