Problem with Launcher Sims 3.

When I open the launcher at the welcome part this stays blue, also, I can´t log in because when I put my email and password the launcher ask me again to log in and It´s like a loop. I tried Uninstalling the game and origin and nothing. I have Windows 10

@Agostina_Leo123 Try clearing Internet Explorer's cache; the launcher still uses IE even if you use another browser.
