Origin Not Showing Serial Codes for TS3 Website

Today I redeemed an Origin code for University Life  on Origin and the new Origin doesn't show the Serial/CD codes you use to register on the EA website to get the extras for getting it on Origin. I should allegedly have gotten an email with these serials but haven't.

I've been sitting waiting for Live Chat to work for 3 hors so don't suggest that.

If you redeemed an Origin code... then that was your serial code. You don't need to register the code on the TS3 website because your account should be linked and upon logging in, it will realise that you have an account. 

Other than that, yes you will have to contact CS. They're the only people who can help you.
