New Adventures wont register on Sims3 store.

I recently bought the expansion bundle with world adventures and generations from origin and the EP works with origin and in game but the store has not registered the purchase so I cannot get the extras from the store from buying it direct. The sims 3 store is great for getting extra stuff.  I would really appreciate any advice or guidance to fix this issue. Thank you.
