Need Help

So.. I had sims on my computer and I had to wipe my computer clean so I had erased The Sims 3 as well. And now i'm trying to redownload it but I can't.. and I can't log on to my Sims 3 account right now and I don't know.. Keeps redirecting me to Origin and it won't let me say forget password? But somehow got on origin but not the sims.. And when I try to redownload it, everytime I enter in the serial number or code or what ever it says it's not valid.. I really need help.
