My serial code for Monte Vista does not work

Hello!

I recently bought the two worlds pack with Monte Vista and Hidden Springs. It was no problems with installing Hidden Springs, but my serial code for Monte Vista does not work anywhere! I've tried to redeem the code on the website and tried to install it through the CD, but there is always a message that says my code is wrong and that I should check it again. No matter what I do the serial code on my pamphlet is always wrong.

Please help me!
