[MAC] Sims 3 University Life Won't Download [ Edited ]

Im trying to install the game through a disc onto my mac hardrive and everything goes fine until its time to download. It starts to download and it gets stuck on file 3 out of 68. Its been trying to install since yesterday. Ive tried quitting the installation and ejecting the disc, or restarting my computer but it wont allow it because the disc wont eject.

If you click the Apple icon in the top left hand corner of your screen and then choose Force Quit, see if the installer is in the list and then make it quit. See if that works.
