Launcher Problems

I can't access online through my sims3 launcher...keeps saying invalid information....still able to access and play just not access the store or exchange and nothing has changed as far as log in info...it won't let me reset either

@calibos33  there seems to be some system issues right now. If they restart the system you may have to clear the IE browsing history.
