Island Paradise?

I have the sims 3, with (nightlife, and highend loft) ive downloaded island paradise but it wont open. i keep getting the notification that the sims island paradise has unexpectedly closed ?

For someone to help you further could you please post your DxDiag. To gather a DxDiag on your computer. Windows Key + R Key, in the run box type dxdiag, hit ok. let it load and save a copy to desktop. Please post the whole report here. This will take you several posts to post the whole report.
