Installing/Playing Dragon Valley

I have tried to install Dragon Valley on my computer. The installation is extremely quick. It tells me that the installation is complete before it ever asks for any kind of code. And it says the installation is successful, but then it doesn't show up on my game when i try to play it. What can i do to fix it?

you might have to download the worlds from your the sims 3 account see this guide on the worlds as others ran into the same issue as you and downloaded the world from their the sims 3account an dor had to redeem the code on the sims 3 account then download from there IF you do the latter and run into code used/invalid contact CS
