Install Problems

Let's hope that today is better then the last 2 days I've tried to get help!! I can't get none of my sims3 games to install. Does anyone know how to fix this? I get one pop up asking for my region then it shows that my install is complete down in the left corner. When you go to the game it still says INSTALL
