I cant see some expansion packs on my sims page [ Edited ]

I have a problem in my sims 3 page that some of the games of the sims 3 are not showing in my game list.

The games that arent showings are:

The sims 3 season

The sims 3 Generations

The sims 3 Late night

My sims 3 page is:

I need help I try to search in the forum to see if I can find a fix for this and nothing works.

Even I try to contact the live support of Origins and they couldnt help me.

This venue is not EA customer support. This is users helping users. I do not recommend posting personal information here. There has been trouble with games appearing (but they are registered) on My Page, especially Seasons. You need to contact customer support  directly.
