I cant play a game I purchesed

I purchased Sims 3 Ambitions pack from origin and installed it but something happened with my laptop and it didn't download all the way and it says it is but I can't play it so I tried to install it again but because I redeemed it online I can't use the promo code again to install it properly. What do I do?
