I can't log in to The Sims 3 webpage

For a few months now, I've had trouble with logging on to thesims3.com (or the game itself). I can log on to Origin without problem and as far as I know, the login details for the game's own webpage should be the same? 

When trying to log in the page tells me I'm using invalid log-in details, as if I had lost my login-details. Could anyone help me with this issue?
