At The Sims 3 Store Why was I double charged on my simpoints? For 1 item I only bought 1 of Fabulous Fiesta! please give me my 2500 simpoints back I only bought x1 and why was I double charge fix this now I should have more then 4,543 should be 5,600 why are you doing this to me????????????????????

It sounds like you need to contact EA. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, changing email addresses, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask

I tried that and nothing about how to chat with some one use to chat with live person where is that???????
