I Can't Upload my sims

everytime I go to upload a sim it won't go through but my pets go through fine can someone please help me fix this cuz i would love to sare my sims with everyone

Are you getting any error messages?

Are you updated to 1.67?

yes i am updated with the highest patch and no i don't get an error message the only thing it says is export failed but my pets go through fine

Hello,

Are you trying to upload a Sim that has custom content (such as hairstyles, clothes, etc.)? This can cause problems.

i thought about that as well so I took all that out and just used maxis content and stil can't do it but like i said pets go through
