Help!!!!

I have used HOURS to get my game started, and it's not working !! I allready have the sims 3. And today I bought an expansionpack online, but when I try to install it, it just keeps telling me to update my game, which i have..like 10 times !! But it's still not working, it's so annoying!

I totally feel your suffering. I downloaded sims 3 island paradise and when I went to install it I got a message that said the Sims 3 needs to be installed. I already have done that. I just want to play my EP.
