HELP!!!! Graphics Problem for the Sims 3 [ Edited ]

Hi everyone i am new to the sims 3 and i need a liitle help with something. I just recently bought the sims 3 base game and seasons and i was just playing and its winter on my game, when its snowing, the snow looks just completely flat please help!!!!!!!!.  also i can't really afford a new graphics card just out of my budget and i don't have a high end processor for higher version graphic cards

my computer requirements

1. Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 460

2.  RAM: 2GB

3. PROCESSOR: AMD ATHLON(tm) 64 processor 3200+

4. SYSTEM: WINDOWS 7 32 BIT

Maybe try running your in-game graphics lower

The video card should be alright but the processor is a bit slow (and old). Your processor requires a socket 939 and is no longer the latest form factor. Newer motherboards use the AM3+ socket. Is your computer a laptop or desktop? Do you have the latest graphics driver? What is your operating system?

Hi my operating system is windows 7 home premium 32 bit  and yes its a desktop
