Firsthand Discs. Base Game Not Registered. Invalid Code.

A few years ago I purchased a new copy of The Sims 3 Deluxe which includes the base game The Sims 3 and the Ambitions Expansion. Upon my first registration of my games I had several expansion packs to register and so I did so. The base game must have fallen by the wayside. It does not show as registered on my account, Origin or Sims. When I registered my games, I registered through The Sims website. Now that I have realised that I am in need of Origin's services to put The Sims on my Surface, I have seen that the base game in the only game I do not have registered of my 7 expansion packs and 3 Stuff packs (and base game). I went to register using the codes that only I have had access to and they register invalid. 

Is there a way to fix this? Will I need to buy another copy of the base game?

By purchasing many expansion games have I not proven that I have purchased the base? Can I just be given new codes by the company?

All my games are on discs.

the sism 3 and origin use the same email and passowrd if you have more than one account contact CS to assist with mergeing the accounts

if you have more than one account could the game be in the other account
