I recently purchased several things from The Sims 3 Store using simpoints. I also purchased Hidden Springs via Origin. I have read about many people that are experiencing this same problem. Basically, I download the content I purchased and installed it, however, none of it actually showed up in my game. I have tried various things, such as downloading it through the launcher and ttrying to run the launcher as an administrator, but nothing seems to be working. As much as I don't want to be this person, I did purchase these things and when I spend money on something I expect it to work. Is there something I can do in order for my content to actually install?
