Download Problem

I have purchased and redeemed  the codes for different worlds, but when I go to press the download button, all it does is open up Origin and that is it. It doesn't start downloading anything. So now I have two worlds that I have purchased but, cannot use.

if  your using origin then youll need to click on the sims the + sign i think it is, that or  an i, to get more info and download them from the advanced game history page
