Cant register sims 3.

Ive recently installed sims 3 again. and i cant register because its already registered to another account. which i dont know either the account name or password and i cant find it. how do i fix this?

That's what I thought.  As long as your game is tied to your older account, you can't add it to a newer.  You can reset a password, merge accounts, and/or get a new code from EA, all of which are options that would help in your situation.  To do any of that though, you have to contact them here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Just to clarify you can't register it to another Sims acct because it's tied to another?
