But when I redeem a cotents code in origin, this code has already been used.

This code is Supernatural's contents more magic!

But I cannot redeem a code

the code for that set should be redeemed on your the sims 3 account once redeemed go to your purchase history download the set and install it

if you redeemed the code in origin first it may  if you try to redeem the code in your the sims 3 account give a  the code invalid/used message if that happens contact CS
