Cannot download from the exchange for Sims 3

It keeps telling me I have to register my game, but I have multiple messages in my in box from a while ago telling me that my game is registered. I need some help because I want to be able to download user made content.

Do you know to which account you registered your game? If no, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor to find that out.

You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then click on http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ - choose your game, platform, and topic to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
