Can't purchase on Origin

I tried to buy a discounted Sims item and it says 'Sorry this promotion cannot be applied. Please remove your current promo code to continue'. What promo code? Anyone know? I really want to take advantage of the discount.

Is the promotion still current? Do you meet all the conditions of the promotion? You may need a code to complete the promotion. What are you trying to buy?

I'm trying to buy a worlds bundle at the discounted price. I haven't entered any promo code, so I don't really know what's going on.

I had the same problem with Sims 3, just go to the origin website, don't log in, add the game to basket then only log in when it asks you to, then it should work
