Can't login to game launcher

I have made an account to the Sims 3.
My problem is that I CAN log in on the Sims 3 website, but not in the Game Launcher.??
If the password I wrong it says "Not logged in." And if i'm typing the right one, its going to refresh and starts over, where I can choose to login again.

Help ??
