Can't Log in to the Sims 3 Website. "Invalid login information"

Whenever I try to login to the website, it says that.  How do I fix it?

@YTQueenFiend  This is an open public forum for users by users. Many things about this game has changed since it was released and is now considered legacy. There could be different solutions for the same issue and what was valid four years ago may not be the correct solution today. If you have problems with this game please describe the issue the best you can.
