I got the Sims 3 in January, I installed it on my old computer I recently got a new computer and tried installing it and it said that the code had been used.

I looked up what I should do and it said that it should be on my Origin account and my thesims3.com account, I've been trying so hard to figure out what is wrong because it's not on either.

IT IS MY ONLY ORIGIN AND SIMS 3 ACCOUNT!! There is no second one. Can somebody please help me or did I waste $40.00????

You should be able to download everything from the Origin client, so download from there and log into your EA account and all of your purchased games should be there.
