I was forced to do a factory system restore on my machine today and chose to forgo my Sims games data upon doing so. I've reinstalled my games now (Base game, Supernatural, Pets, Seasons), and each are working fine, but I am unable to download my previously purchased store content. My Launcher is logged into my TS3 account, I've enabled store content within my game options, and I'm attempting to download aforementioned content using IE 9. When I press "Download" from my Purchase History section, I receive no response from my browser and/or launcher. I've installed every single store patch and game update available. I've restarted both the game and my machine (running Win7) multiple times. Please advice.

I attempted to download using Firefox and Firefox responded to it and is now downloading my items into my launcher. So, this means the problem is in IE9, I assume.
