Can I download games that I have physically bought for xbox? [ Edited ]

I have The Sims 3 on Xbox and Nintendo 3DS but cannot play them on the Xbox or Nintendo 3DS as they are broken which makes me very upset because I loved The Sims 3 game. I have nearly every version of The Sims and The Sims 3 is one I haven't been able to fully enjoy the experience of as I was not able to play them on the platforms I had bought them on. Is there a way I can play it on Origin without paying for the game for a third time as was very expensive when I bought them when the game first came out on Xbox and Nintendo 3DS?

Unless you bough the games for the computer versions as well, you'll only be able to play the sims games on the selected consoles you purchased it for which is Xbox and Nintendo DS.
