Can I bring my Sims 3 store content to another PC without buying it again?

I used to play Sims 3 on my desktop computer and whilist I was playing, I would use simpoints to download clothing, hair, etc. But then, my processor got fried by a bad RAM stick, and I put Sims 3 on a different PC, figuring my account would have the items I had purchased ready for me to download, but I've not found a place to download it anywhere. Do I have to buy each peice again, or is there something I'm missing here?

You can download it all from your purchase history: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

If you made a backup of your files (the downloads one in particular), merely paste it and overwrite your current downloads file (to be found in: documents:electronicartsims3) - then open the launcher and install it
