moving sims 4 from Mac to pc

I am currently playing Sims 4 on my Mac. I will be purchasing gaming PC in the near future and want to know if I can move all of my progress onto it. How to I move all the files and where?

Your saves etc. are stored in the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. Move over the saves, Tray, and Mods folder to your new computer into the same location and you'll have your saves, Library items and CC/Mods in your game.
