I bought the join the fight bundle on steam march 18th my swtor account is linked to my steam account the payment for the bundle went through,
I can see the bundle in the DLC tab when I look through the properties for the game but nothing showed up in-game,
My account still has me as preferred status, I didn't get the 2400 cartel coins, and the mount didn't show up in any of my characters mailbox.

Ok there is no account issue for Rorainhellfire
email the screenshots as shown in the sticky , once that email is handled by an agent they can add the purchased gametime to your account

The swtor account cant be Fel Hunter either as spaces are not allowed
you put the displayname in the swtor launcher to login

hello i have the same problem and i emailed them every single screen shot and info .. still they didnt even auto replay anything its been more than 6 hours is it normal and i have to wait ?

Normally resolved within 24 hrs in most cases, support will be online in about 6 hrs
If you provide the swtor account displayname, can check for account issues and they have your email
